Replacement Policy

To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a replacement, you can contact us at through:

Please note that the item will need to be sent to the following address:
Cebu i-Gadgets, Parkmall, Ground Floor Tech Alley, Mandaue City, Cebu.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement

We have a 7-day  replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving and activating your unit to request a replacement.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Warranty

Your Apple-branded product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.
